£65,000 - £80,000 package

This global Consulting firm are looking for exceptional talent to further the continued growth of the central London office particularly across the Human Capital service line. They work closely with a large number of corporate clients supporting their HR agenda and enhancing their HR capabilities across a broad range of topics, including: • HR and Workforce Strategy • HR IS and IT Advisory, particularly around SaaS and/or on-premise solutions • HR IS and IT Program Management • HR Organisational Design • HR Operating Processes • Workforce Performance and Skills Development • HR Change Management • Workforce Analytics Requirements: • Significant experience delivering a range of consulting engagements in the HR space • Experience of implementing one or more of Workday HCM solutions, SAP HR, Successfactors, Taleo, Oracle Fusion and/or PeopleSoft • Credibility with senior level clients, experience in managing senior relationships and delivering lasting change • Wide experience across a number of core consulting capabilities within HR, eg; HR and Workforce Strategy, HR IS and IT Advisory, particularly around SaaS HCM and/or on-premise solutions, HR IS Program Management, HR Organisational Design and Operating Processes, Workforce Performance and Skills Development, Change Management and/or Workforce Analytics • Strong commercial awareness and experience contributing to the business development process; contributing to developing bids and proposals, negotiating commercial arrangements with clients. • Breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in key industry sectors • Knowledge of some or all of the modules of one or more of the following: Workday HCM solutions, SAP HCM, Successfactors, Taleo, Oracle Fusion and/or PeopleSoft • Experience with all aspects of SaaS HCM and/or on-premise HRIS solution implementation, including: requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities • Excellent interpersonal skills in influencing, persuasion, motivating and mentoring others • Experience managing the performance of others Responsibilities: • Leading by example, developing expert knowledge of your client’s HR business, building trust and long term client relationships • Taking responsibility for commercial management on projects and engagements by managing budgets, pricing structures and financials • Facilitating complex workshops, planning and shaping work of others in the team • Taking responsibility for teams of consulting and client staff on engagements, setting objectives and performance management • Taking responsibility for career development, morale and guidance of our Analysts and Consultants • Some responsibility for revenue generation • Developing opportunities for future work with clients, and growing client accounts • Manage the successful delivery of complex client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality, on time and within budget • Lead the design and implementation of SaaS HCM and/or on-premise HRIS solutions • Work with HR stakeholders to define business requirements • Work with IT development teams to configure and implement SaaS HCM and/or on-premise HRIS solutions that meet business needs • Provide functional expertise on the SaaS HCM and/or on-premise HRIS solutions as required • Playing an important role in the company development and the Human Capital Practice • Developing thought leadership in the HR and Human Capital area • Building Human Capital capability within the consulting team through coaching and support NB: Optume Consulting are acting in the capacity of recruitment agency for this opportunity.
