Salary: £17,200 - £26,500

As Business Services Coordinator, you will be key to ensuring the effective operation of the Group Change department through the development, management and execution of efficient processes, strong team coordination and the creation of strong working synergies.
You will report to the Head of Business Services, Group Change, and will work closely with the Group Change Leadership Teams; taking responsibility for performance reporting and compliance assurance across the group, including GDPR, SHE, LMS, Risk and Audit.
You will provide vital administrative duties across the team including finance support, document control, enquiry management as well as travel arrangements and accommodation. You will also assist with Group Change projects as and when required. In addition, you will be expected to coordinate accurate monthly performance reports, scheduling, collating and maintaining weekly/monthly and quarterly business reports, monitoring e-learning for Group Change, data analysis and contributing to the development of best practice.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have strong commercial awareness of SSE and an appreciation of our company strategy; a good understanding of Group Change teams and areas of responsibility as well as experience of working in a multi-disciplined environment. Experience within regulatory or legislative framework would also be highly desirable.
Strong communication skills both oral and written are vital and you will have demonstrable experience of analysing business problems and producing meaningful reports to inform decision making. Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload will also be crucial.
